Wednesday Evenings

Adult Social Dancing 7.00 - 9.00 pm

The programme for the Wednesday Social Class is a mix of dances that are on programmes that the Branch has received as well  as dances from our own upcoming social events. It is an opportunity for dancers to get more practice and to familiarise themselves with new dances, old favourites and dances that have not been done recently. It is a relaxed and friendly class where the dances are walked through and the figures explained.

While the teachers try to ensure everyone gets to grips with the dances it is not the intention to work on any of the formations intensively. The session begins with a warm up and there is a break half way through the evening.

The next class will be on Wednesday 25th May 2022
Please note: We are trialling dances for inclusion in the next RSCDS book of dances and so will include one of two of the ones we are to try in the Wednesday programme.
